What is SOC 2 Compliance?
The American Institute of Chartered Public Accountants (AICPA) defined SOC (System and Organization Controls) 2 as a globally recognized security compliance certification. It is the norm for businesses to ensure data security and operational maturity. It is critical especially for SaaS-based platforms like Botminds. Preparing for the SOC2 certification was a great learning experience for the company. The process helped us review our policies and procedures against best industry practices. Botminds tied up with a reputed security assessment provider, Sprinto, for the SOC 2 compliance process audit.
Botminds was specifically assessed in the trust criteria of Security, Confidentiality & Availability; and successfully completed the audit. The SOC 2 certification report includes thorough responses on our security related procedures.
