Core Belief

Quest for knowledge is a fundamental drive for human beings. Knowledge is always codified in documents from time immemorial. Reading and understanding documents, and through that acquiring knowledge is always favourite as well as rewarding pass time of human beings.

If we have to pick one single reason for the evolution of Human Intelligence, then this insatiable thirst of 'search, acquire and document' the knowledge should be the one. Hence, in the constant strive to make machines more able and intelligent we can confidently say Document Understanding is the holy grail of AI.

In most of the - if not every - complex business process in an enterprise, the source of the 'complexity' can be traced to the challenges in handling documents. Millions are just milling through pages after pages or functioning as a simple checks and balances to keep the 'business running'.

Gokul Ganapathi

CEO & Co-Founder

Gokul Ganapathi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Botminds. 15+ years of experience in enterprise data product development at the intersection of analytics & unstructured data. In 2015, Gokul co-founded Botminds when he realized the shortcomings in the technology to deal with documents is a 'big opportunity. His first-hand experience in solving - or not being able to solve efficiently - the data acquisition or information extraction problems from documents & web pages paved the way for Botminds AI platform

Presently, Gokul is responsible for all sales & growth side of Botminds, enthralled in the blitz scaling mode of the company. Enjoys working with customers helping them <in their transformation from the RPA world to IA (Intelligent Automation) world / to bring efficiency to their knowledge-centric, document-rich processes>, leveraging the best of AI available in the Botminds platform.

Before Botminds, Gokul was an Enterprise Architect working on internet-scale data acquisition/extraction challenges. He has a Master's in Physics (MSc).

Ansari Ismail

CTO & Co-Founder

Ansari is passionate about Automation. He believes Automation can liberate humans from mundane and decision-heavy tasks. Humans deserve to do whatever they love to do. This all starts with automating enterprise processes. Hence he spent time building technology to automate document-centric processes using AI and Automation.

Before the AI hype, Ansari was building AI models, and he is one of the founding members of Azure machine learning. He worked in Microsoft Research, AI team, etc., to build world-class algorithms to democratize AI.

By combining AI and Automation, we can do magic. Ansari is working to educate enterprise companies and leaders on the importance of intelligent automation.

Pankaj Dhingra, COO & CSO of Botminds.ai, brings over 25 years of transformative leadership at the intersection of enterprise platforms, AI, and business innovation. His executive journey spans Microsoft, GE Healthcare, and Tableau (Salesforce), with CTO roles at Lighthouse and mFunds, plus VP of Engineering positions at Tableau and Telspace.

Pankaj has scaled technology organizations from the startup stage to 300+ employees while driving global technology strategy for Fortune 500 enterprises.
