Botminds Community
An invite-only network of developers, IDP and RPA consultants, and COE teams who build on Botminds — certification, workshops, docs, and case studies.
The Botminds Community is an invite-only group for the people who actually build document automation: developers, IDP and RPA consultants, automation COE members, and practitioners working on hard extraction problems. It exists so that lessons learned on one deployment don’t have to be re-learned on the next.
Members range from first-time builders to people who have shipped dozens of production pipelines. What they share is the problem space — getting reliable, governed answers out of messy documents and web data — and a direct line to the Botminds team, customers, and partners who work on it every day.
What membership gets you
Four things, concretely:
- Certification program. A structured path through the Botminds platform, from ingestion and extraction to building vertically integrated solutions. Certification is also the entry ticket to Botminds hackathons.
- Members-only workshops and events. Live, curated sessions where practitioners walk through real builds — what worked, what broke, and how they fixed it.
- The full knowledge base. Case studies, technical documentation, and API references that go deeper than the public site.
- A working network. Domain experts, the Botminds engineering team, customers, and partners around the world, reachable when you hit a problem someone else has already solved.
Who it’s for
If you spend your week on document-to-decision problems — extracting data from contracts, statements, forms, or web sources and turning it into something a business can act on — this is your room. Members come from companies across finance, legal, operations, and technology services, and from roles across the automation stack: developers writing pipelines, consultants scoping projects, and COE leads deciding what to automate next.
Membership is by invite. Existing members can refer you directly; otherwise, apply through the form and tell us where you’re located, what you’re working on, and what you want from the community. The team reviews every application and will get in touch.
