Solution Engineer/Business Analyst

Role Overview

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, evaluate business processes, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients.you will leverage advanced automation tools and RPA technologies to streamline business processes, utilize prompt engineering to enhance bot performance, and gain exposure to machine learning for integrating intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • •Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • •Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • •Develop data models and visual representations to facilitate a better understanding of complex business concepts.
  • •Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • •Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
  • •Assist in project planning and management, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • •Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward goals.
  • •Provide expert advice and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •2 years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a related role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • •Project management experience is a plus.
