One loan, from closed Friday to certified Monday
Halvorsen Precision Components closed a $15 million revolver and a $27.5 million term loan A on Friday 9 October. The first interest bill goes out Friday 30 October. Here is what happens on Monday, screen by screen, in the working solution.

Every booking, ranked by the days to its first bill
Priya Raman · Booking quality checkerPriya opens Bookings: eight loans closed, renewed or amended, each read as it closed and ranked by the days left before its first bill. Four have differences, one is ready to certify. Halvorsen, $42,500,000, was keyed by Jordan Pike and is not yet checked — first bill Fri 30 Oct, 18 days away.
“Certify before the statement cut-off, 8 days before the first bill.”

The signed agreement, with the booking laid over it
Priya Raman · Booking quality checkerThe executed credit agreement sits in the middle, page by page. Down the right margin are the loan system's own fields — DEAL ▸ AGREEMENT DT, CUSTOMER ▸ SHORT NAME, TERMS ▸ MATURITY DT — each pinned to the clause that sets it. On the left, all 86 booking fields by section. The statement cut-off is Tue 20 Oct.

“Lay the booking over the agreement”
The agentsThe closing package reader sorts 7 documents, 214 pages, and finds the pricing grid on page 41 and 212 defined terms. The booking sheet drafter fills 86 fields — term loan A 46, revolver 40 — each with its section and page. The overlay comparer reads loans -01 and -02 from the loan system, and the boxes settle onto their clauses and turn green.
Each step is shown as it runs, with what it found.

A floor the agreement sets, never booked
Overlay comparer81 fields match, 5 differ. On page 58, §2.08(b) floors Term SOFR at 0.50% “including as to the Term Loan A and each Revolving Loan”. Jordan keyed the floor on the revolver; the term loan's field is blank. Nothing bills wrong at today's 3.6120%, which is why no bill review would catch it.
“SOFR floor 0.50% in §2.08 — not booked. Revolver floor keyed · term loan field blank · costs $5,920 a month if Term SOFR falls to 0.25%.”

Three prices, one pricing level too low
Priya Raman · Booking quality checkerThe pricing grid on page 41 fixes Level III from closing until the compliance certificate for the quarter ending 31 Dec 2026 — closing leverage was 2.71x. The term loan margin was keyed at 2.25% against 2.50%, the revolver margin at 2.00% against 2.25%, the unused fee at 0.25% against 0.30%. All three came from the credit approval, which priced Level II on projected leverage of 2.10x.

The note and the agreement disagree
Document conflict checker§2.07(a) on page 52 says quarterly installments of $343,750 “commencing December 31, 2026”. The term note says “commencing March 31, 2027” — and that is what was keyed. §10.12 on page 138 says the agreement controls over a note, so the booking follows the agreement.
It never decides beyond the agreement's own conflicts clause.

The first bills, both ways
Bill projectorThe next three bills, computed from the agreement and from the loan system. The 30 Oct bill: $114,298.57 against $109,360.65 — $4,937.92 short. 30 Nov: $7,289.31 short. 31 Dec: the $343,750 installment is missing. Over a year the three pricing fields under-bill $85,826. A slider shows when the missing floor starts to cost.

The note goes to documentation
Priya Raman · Booking quality checkerOn Documents, each pair is checked side by side: term note against the agreement, credit approval against the agreement, fee letter against the agreement. Priya hands the term note conflict to Gwen Albright, who requests an allonge correcting the note's first installment date, due Fri 23 Oct.
- 09Corrected and signed
Certified before the statement is cut
Priya Raman and Elaine MorrowFive correction tickets, CT-2291 to CT-2295, go to Jordan Pike. He re-keys them and the agents re-read both loans: 86 of 86 fields now match. Priya signs booking certification BC-2026-1187; because the total commitment is above $25,000,000, Elaine Morrow co-signs. The 30 Oct bill, $114,298.57, now matches the agreement.
The certification records 86 fields compared, 5 corrected and re-read, 4 format notes accepted and 1 document exception open.
