Everything Botminds ships to a customer stands on the platform: the agent runtime, the document pipelines, the workflow engine, the multi-tenant SaaS core that has to be fast, secure, and up. The software architect owns the shape of that platform — and unlike architects who only draw diagrams, you are a strong software engineer first. You design the hard parts and you build the hardest parts yourself.

This is the role for an engineer who has grown past a single service and now thinks in systems: how the pieces compose, where they will break at 10× scale, and which primitive, built once, makes ten future solutions cheap.

What you’ll do

You will drive the architecture of the Botminds platform — .NET services, Angular front end, Python orchestration — deciding how agents, pipelines, and tenant infrastructure evolve as customers and load grow. You take the gnarliest problems personally: performance under concurrency, data integrity across tenants, the runtime contracts that agents and workflows depend on. You review designs and code across the engineering team, raise the bar on what “done” means, and turn recurring field needs — surfaced by forward deployed engineers and solution architects — into platform primitives instead of one-off patches. Your fingerprints end up on every deployment without you visiting a single customer.

What you bring

8+ years building production software, with several years owning architecture for a real, running system — SaaS and multi-tenancy experience strongly preferred.
Depth in at least one of our stacks (.NET/C#, Angular/TypeScript, Python) and the range to be credible across all three.
Strong instincts for performance, reliability, and security, backed by systems you have scaled and incidents you have owned.
The judgment to know when to design, when to prototype, and when to just fix it — and the communication to bring a team along.
