Principal AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems. You will work at the intersection of deep tech and real-world impact, driving innovations in NLP, LLM orchestration, and scalable automation frameworks that transform how enterprises operate. Your work will be pivotal in bringing autonomous, intelligent systems to life.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable, secure Agentic AI solutions for enterprise-grade automation.
  • Lead the design and deployment of NLP, LLM, and RAG-powered intelligent systems.
  • Define and build MCP frameworks and A2A orchestration logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex enterprise workflows into modular, AI-driven processes.
  • Drive engineering best practices in performance, security, and reliability across the AI stack.
  • Prototype and productionize AI/ML models, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Work closely with product managers and researchers to align technical execution with customer and business needs.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical strategy sessions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our AI platform with forward-looking architecture and technology selection.
  • Champion secure and ethical use of AI in enterprise applications.
  • Explore new advancements in Agentic AI and share insights with the broader team to influence roadmap and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time architecting enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Deep expertise in .NET (C#) for large-scale, high-performance systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, especially for AI/ML development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, LLM ecosystems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Familiarity with building and deploying MCP and A2A orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with vector search, embeddings, and document retrieval pipelines.
  • Proficient in cloud-native environments, preferably Azure, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and lead technical direction.
  • A passion for pushing the boundaries of AI, with an eye for translating research into real-world impact.
