Role Overview

Botminds is in need of content writer with hands on experience on writing for B2B and Saas products.

Qualification

• Min 3 years of experience in content writing such as blogs, webpages, social media posts, case study
• Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
• Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Excellent written skills in English
• Professional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plus
• Good time-management skills
• Team Player

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study product samples - Plan, develop, organize, write end to end product features description and usage
• Analyze and manage existing and potential content
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy to use
• Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Stay current with trends and competitors and market the product through your writing
